Simply place the SndShark Folder into your ovldata folder.
Slight issues:
Animal will occasionally sleep/rest at the surface unlike a real shark.
The animal needs some land to initially be placed in the habitat
The animal needs some added to the exhibit to give birth,
in both cases you can make a temporary bridge and delete it after
